Public Meeting – Proposed Parc Ynni Calon y Gwynt Development
Caersws Community Council has been asked to make residents aware of a public meeting being organised by the local residents’ Calon y Gwynt Focus Group concerning the proposed Parc Ynni Calon y Gwynt development.
The meeting will take place on:

📍 Clatter Community Centre
The meeting will feature a presentation by Jenny Chryss, Campaign Lead at RE-THINK, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and discuss matters relating to the proposed development. According to the organisers, the meeting will cover topics including the proposed wind turbines, battery energy storage system and associated infrastructure.
Residents wishing to make comments on the proposed development should be aware that the current statutory Pre-Application Consultation is open for responses until the published consultation closing date. Any representations should be submitted before that deadline.

The Council has not organised or endorsed the meeting andremains neutral regarding the proposed development. Our role is to ensure residents are aware of opportunities to obtain information from a range of sources and to participate in the planning process.
