Caersws Community Council welcomes residents to attend and contribute to our meetings.
We meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm, either at Clatter Community Centre or Caersws Village Hall. Upcoming meeting dates and venues are listed on the right. Agendas and minutes from our meetings are available here.
Each meeting begins with a 15-minute public participation session, where residents are encouraged to raise any matters of concern or interest to the community. You are also welcome to stay for the entire meeting to listen to discussions and decisions on local issues.
If you’re unable to attend but would like to raise a topic, please contact a Community Councillor or the Clerk.
Please note there is a Meeting of Severn Valley Water Management Scheme on 28th January 2026 at Caersws Presbyterian Church between 2pm and 7pm
